The scalability enabled by the unique two-panel system design offers extreme versatility, so that performance can be customized to fit the needs of any project. These specialized performance systems are manufactured in panelized sections, 4’ or 6’ wide, and are installed with a vertical mullion between each section.

Our standard Quadwall® system can be fitted with an internal louver system to create IntelaSun® - a dynamic shading system designed to effectively manage daylight levels, and reduce solar heat gain and glare. The system’s ability to dynamically adapt to provide optimal daylighting conditions can significantly improve a building’s energy efficiency, resulting in predictable energy consumption and associated cost savings.
Design larger aperture sizes to maximize daylight without worrying about over-lighting the space below. The skylight can be zoned, and the innovative internal louver system can adjust to scale down the size of the system during peak daylight hours.
High-Velocity Hurricane Zones (HVHZ)
We offer systems that have been independently tested and certified per HVHZ code requirements and have Florida Product Approval. These systems are extremely durable and are engineered to meet large missile impact resistance, cyclic static air pressure requirements, and uniform air pressure requirements per ASTM E1886/E1996 as well as ASTM E330/E331, FBC TAS 201, TAS 202, and TAS 203 for hurricane endurance.
While the standard Quadwall® system provides a certified U-factor of 0.26 per NFRC 100, additional insulation material can be incorporated into the cavity of the two-panel system in order to increase its thermal performance properties. Depending on the performance requirements, we can provide a U-factor ranging from 0.26 to 0.09.
It is important to note that there is always a trade-off between thermal insulation performance and light transmission. They have an inverse relationship, so the more material added to improve the thermal performance, the less light that the system can transmit. Thus, careful consideration should be made so as to optimize the overall performance of the system.

The sound-insulating panels include modifications to the interior cavity, consisting of specialized insert with enhanced sound reduction qualities. These inserts are light transmitting, enabling the system to maintain the highest possible ratio of light transmission to sound reduction performance (STC rating).
While our standard Quadwall® Skylight system has an STC of 26, by adding various inserts we are able to boost the systems performance to achieve:
